Luxurious decor, Beautiful rooftop bar, Comfy swimming pool
The smell in the alley leading to the hotel is quite off-putting!!! The jacuzzi area really needs a makeover, visible rust near the windows makes it look uninviting!!! The location is a bit too far from the lake for my taste!!!

Request a room away from the street for a quieter stay. The soundproofing needs improvement.

An oasis of comfort in the heart of Hanoi
I had an amazing stay! The hotel was a peaceful escape from the busy streets, with very attentive staff who were always willing to help. The room was beautifully designed and featured the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast was splendid, offering a variety of fresh options, including gluten-free bread. I'd recommend improving the spa facilities for a more complete luxury experience.

We enjoyed two unforgettable nights in a cozy Junior Suite, complete with the comfiest beds ever and a surprise birthday cake for my boyfriend—thanks, Linh! The spa and pool area were fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the air con controls have a bright LED light that can be a bit disruptive at night, but overall we loved our stay! 🎉

The manager Sam was very helpful in resolving issues.
The spa facilities were subpar, especially the Jacuzzi with mould.

Caught the Midnight Buzz Band at the Piano Lounge, and the vibe was amazing. The room was cozy and clean. The staff went above and beyond to help with our plans. Walking distance to great cafes is a big plus!
Only downside was the lack of vegetarian options at breakfast. It’s a bit frustrating as I wished to enjoy more variety. A little more attention to dietary needs would be great!

Our family enjoyed live music from Midnight Buzz Band at the Piano Lounge, which added a lively touch to our evenings. The spacious Grand Deluxe Room was perfect for our stay, and the staff made sure we had all we needed for our five kids.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could use more family-friendly dining options.

would want to stay there again
This hotel is such a gem! The Premier Deluxe Room was super cozy with a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a range of juices. The spa had fabulous treatments like couples massages and hot tub access. Location is perfect for exploring!

Lovely rooftop pool.
Our experience was utterly disappointing. We were placed on Level 2, which has a horrendous swamp smell that was unbearable. We complained, only to be ignored, and had to pay for an upgrade to escape the stench. Even in the new room on the 7th level, we were bombarded by obnoxious traffic noise.

Couple's perfect getaway
We spent a couple of nights here and it was quite a treat to be welcomed by Monica. She made a personalized list of things we’d love to do based on our interests. The view from the rooftop terrace was just amazing, sipping cocktails while taking in the city, it was surreal.
Prices were steep, but honestly, I think it was worth it for the experience.

missingWrote a review on May 31exceptional service; diverse breakfast optionsstreet noise; crowded rooftop; limited parking
The exceptional service was a standout during the stay, particularly from the travel desk staff who effortlessly arranged transportation. Breakfast offered a delightful range of options, notably fresh eggs and delicious pastries. However, the noise from nearby streets could occasionally disrupt the peaceful ambiance, and the rooftop area was sometimes crowded, which detracted from the experience. Overall, a beautiful hotel with a cozy vibe right in the city center.

This place was just a fitting option for a budget stay in Hanoi with best value. The gym and pool facilities were impressive, but they opened too late at 9am. If you want to enjoy a morning workout, plan accordingly.
